HOW TO USEPearl Millet
Soaking Time: 4-6 hours
Open Pot Method:
- 1 cup kambu:2.5 cups water.
- With lid ,Without whistle medium/high flame.
- Once steam starts, put the weight on.
- Low flame15-20 minutes.
- 1 Whistle
Pressure Cooker Method:
- 1 cup kambu:3.5 cups water.
- Boil water in high Flame.
- Add kambu
- Close the Lid.
- Low flame 20-25 minutes
