HOW TO USEPearl Millet

Soaking Time: 4-6 hours

Open Pot Method:

  • 1 cup kambu:2.5 cups water.
  • With lid ,Without whistle medium/high flame.
  • Once steam starts, put the weight on.
  • Low flame15-20 minutes.
  • 1 Whistle

Pressure Cooker Method:

  • 1 cup kambu:3.5 cups water.
  • Boil water in high Flame.
  • Add kambu
  • Close the Lid.
  • Low flame 20-25 minutes
