  • Drain and Dry.
  • Spread on a Tray
  • Sun-Drying
  • Grind into Flour

Use it to make rotis, upma,dosa and pancakes.

Solam Porridge:

  • Solam flour 1 cup : Water/Milk 3 cups.
  • Cook on low flame.
  • Stirring continuously until it thickens.
  • Add sugar
